Q. What If Any Product Is Found Damage ???
A. You need not need to worry, we check all pcs & then ship. We don’t ship pcs without checking what other people do in the market and then they get exchanged.
2 – We are not liable for duty charges / Import Charges on international shipments, as each country has different rules.
3 – As soon as you get the parcel, Record Video while opening parcel.
4 – If a parcel has been returned back to our Surat office under any circumstances, the shipping charges to and fro are to be borne by the buyer. Only the dress and GST amount will be adjusted in the next order.
5 – we don’t hold responsibility, If the order is lost in transit, our duty is to ship parcel and provide tracking details.
6 – There are chances that EVEN AFTER you pay the Product MAY Not be available, we Provide Easy Refunds or Adjustments in next orders as you wish if that Case Occurs.

9 – Your Order is CONFIRMED After we receive the Payment, and Product availability status is checked after receiving YOUR PAYMENT.
