Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order a single saree to test the market?
No. MOQ is one full catalog per design, which typically contains 4-8 pieces. This keeps wholesale pricing viable and matches how bulk buyers purchase.
How far before Raksha Bandhan should I place my order?
Order 3-4 weeks ahead to account for dispatch time and delivery windows. Within India, allow 3-7 business days after dispatch; internationally, allow 5-9 business days.
Do you provide samples before I commit to a catalog?
No sample service is offered. All sales are final, so review the product details and catalog contents carefully before ordering.
What payment methods work for international buyers?
Bank transfer, wire transfer, or Western Union. For domestic Indian orders, UPI or bank transfer is accepted. We do not process PayPal or COD.
